For Billy Simmonds, Scotland's west coast isn't simply where he works. It's where his story began.

From the age of fifteen, Billy worked these waters as a fisherman, navigating the Inner Hebrides and learning the coastline through decades of first-hand experience. Long before he welcomed guests aboard, he knew every changing tide, hidden bay and dramatic stretch of coastline by heart.

Even after a lifetime at sea, one thing has never changed:
