Cancellations and refunds

1. Should we cancel a trip due to poor weather, insufficient numbers, or any other unforeseen circumstance, we will issue a full refund.
2. In the event that you wish to cancel a booking, we will issue a full refund if we receive at least seven days notice. Should you give us less than seven days notice, we will issue a full refund only if we can re-sell your seats.
3. We regret that we cannot wait for late arrivals and reserve the right to leave at the advertised departure time. Refunds cannot be given for late arrivals so please allow plenty of time to travel, our roads can be slow.
4. The Skipper’s decision as to whether he considers it safe to sail or not is final.
5. The Skipper’s decision as to whether he considers that a passenger is fit to sail or not is final.

Only passengers who are willing to agree to the above conditions will be able to board the vessel.
